For MRO Europe 2024 in Barcelona, we had the privilege of designing and building a standout booth for AVIA PRIME, a leader in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. The goal was to create a space that reflected their forward-thinking approach while providing a welcoming and futuristic experience for visitors

Complex installations: The oversized banner and selfie stand required precise measurements and coordination. Our team worked closely with engineers to ensure everything was stable and perfectly aligned.

How we designed the experience?

Selfie stand as a focal point

We designed the stand to captivate and engage, with the interactive selfie stand serving as the centerpiece. Its circular structure, enhanced with sleek white spheres, was crafted to attract attention and provide a photogenic spot for attendees.

The hanging banner

To make AVIA PRIME stand out, we created a dramatic hanging fabric banner that became the stand’s visual anchor.

• Solution: A lightweight fabric material paired with an aluminum frame provided the stability and flexibility needed for seamless suspension.

We optimized the 72 sq. m. stand (12x6 m) to make it functional and inviting:

Dedicated zones were created for private meetings, open discussions, and interactive displays to cater to all visitor needs.

Sustainability was at the heart of our design. We used acrylic glass, modular aluminum components, and other reusable materials to minimize environmental impact.

Strategically placed LED lights highlighted key areas like the selfie booth, meeting spaces, and green walls, adding warmth and depth to the booth.
