When Fusheng, a leading global engineering company, approached Expo Display Studio for their booth at Chillventa 2024, it was an opportunity to create something remarkable. Project Objective

For their participation at an international trade fair, Fusheng sought to make a bold statement with a spacious 72 Sq.M. exhibition booth. The primary goals were:

• Showcase the client’s brand with a standout design and eye-catching visuals.
• Display large products in a way that highlights their features and draws visitor interest.

Challenges Faced

The Fusheng exhibition stand project posed several unique challenges that required innovative problem-solving and precise execution. Some of the key obstacles included:

Product display area:
Some of the machines to be displayed were heavy and bulky, requiring reinforced platforms and careful planning to ensure safe and effective presentation.

Central obstruction:
A structural column in the middle of the booth posed a major challenge, as it disrupted the design and layout. This had to be addressed creatively to ensure the booth’s aesthetics were not affected.

High visitor expectations:
The booth had to make a strong impression in a competitive environment where every brand was eyeing for attention. The design needed to be both unique and memorable.

Reinforced display platforms:
Our team quickly identified the need for stronger platforms to safely support heavy products. On-site, we added support to ensure the platforms were sturdy. This modification not only addressed the safety concern but also ensured the booth retained its visual appeal.

Transforming the column into a design feature:
Instead of treating the column as a limitation, the design team turned it into a creative opportunity. By wrapping it with visually striking graphics and integrating it seamlessly into the booth’s design, they transformed the column into an eye-catching centerpiece.
